Mark Biggs and wife Donna who both have broad backgrounds in commercial aviation and Sales and Marketing established Ross Aviation in 1996 with the aim of providing a professionally run support service for both civilian and military fixed and rotary wing operators.

Since then, the business has expanded to what it is today and now deals with customers from many parts of the world.
